your new house is loaded with quriky character! ^_^ I LOVE those cabinets in the kitchen. I agree you could make the top floor your oasis of mom and dad coolness. ^_^ Congrats on the new house, i didn't realize there were more hoops one has to jump through. I think HGTV is lying to me in the way they make look so freakishly easy to buy a house.
