Yeah, it's probably going to be a kid lair or maybe a guest room. The kids are too little (and chicken) to go up there by themselves for awhile though. I suspect that'll change as they get older.
We've already made an astonishing amount of trips to Home Depot. I should probably just sign a portion of the paycheck over to them automatically.
